Shelbyville Rotary - A Message from the Club President

We are a strong and growing club with a diverse membership. Our members are some of the best professionals leaders that shelby county has to offer.

This year we have epanded our fellowship and have started bi-annual family picnics in addition to our auction dinner held every February.

We have started working with the Shelby County Parks Department to help improve the new Red Orchard Park for all Shelby Countians.

In 2011 we have also increased the number of our scholarships we give out to eight. (Five general scholars and three specific for Community College Students)

We have also continued our dictionary program; giving dictionaries to every 3rd and 5th grader in the county!

Our club is a testimonial to the Rotary Moto; "Service above self".

Please come visit us at one of our meetings which are conducted at Noon every Tuesday. We welcome you and would like to provide you with more information about Rotary and the service that we provide to our community.
