Shelbyville Rotary Club   Rotary meets at noon at the Centenary United Methodist Church, located at the corner of Fifth and Washington streets.   Meetings are open to the public but there is a $8 charge for the meal.    Shelbyville Rotary is the oldest public service civic club in Shelbyville, founded in 1927.
